Amadeus Customer Central Community (Support Portal)
Use the Customer Central Community to search for knowledge articles for commonly asked questions. You can also create, update, and report on cases as well as join discussion groups and share your own ideas. Case response time is within 1-2 business days.

- Go to https://www.amadeus-hospitality.com/amadeus-sales-catering-support/.
- Click Request Account in the Support Services Portal section of the page.
- Enter the required information.
- Click Submit.
Your login information is emailed to you within two business days. You can then log in to the Support Portal as a registered user.
