System requirements
Google Chrome™ is the preferred browser for Delphi Diagramming. Additional browsers and recommended settings are listed below.
The following configuration provides optimal performance for editing and creating meeting spaces:
- Operating system: Microsoft® Windows® 10
- CPU: Intel® Core™ i5 or AMD® Ryzen 5
- RAM: 8 GB
To view diagrams in a 3D rendering, the system needs to support WebGL. For more information, refer to https://get.webgl.org/.
Delphi Diagramming Property Edition
Browsers
- Google Chrome™, most recent stable version (required for Android™ devices)
- Mozilla® Firefox®, most recent stable version
- Microsoft Edge™
- iOS® Safari® 9.0 and higher
Always open Delphi Diagramming in a new browser tab or window. Do not embed it in a website or pop-up window.
Integration
Diagramming Property Edition requires Delphi version R22 or higher.
Internet settings
Cookies need to be enabled within your web browser.
If you are using a touchscreen laptop, disable touch input for the best experience.
To disable touch input for the Windows operating systems:
Google Chrome™
- Open Google Chrome.
- In the address bar, enter 'chrome://flags/' and press Enter.
- Search for Touch UI Layout and select Disabled from the list.
- Restart Chrome.
Mozilla® Firefox®
- Open Mozilla Firefox.
- In the address bar, enter 'about:config' and press Enter.
- Select Accept the Risk and Continue. The list of preferences displays.
- In the Search field, enter 'touch,' and then double click dom.w3c_touch_events.enabled from the search results.
- Change the value to 0 and click Save.
- Restart Firefox.
Microsoft Edge™
- Enter 'Device Manager' in the taskbar search box and select Device Manager.
- Select the arrow next to Human Interface Devices and select HID-compliant touch screen.
- Select the Action tab at the top of the window and select disable.
With this method, touch input is disabled for all applications, not only for Microsoft Edge™.
