You have several guests arriving today who have a room number preassigned. With the batch check-in tool, you can check in these reservations automatically.
When using the batch check-in function, no automatic pre-authorizations of credit cards are processed. The status of the folios that meet the criteria changes from Reservation to In House status when the check-in is performed.
Prerequisites

Current arrival date reservations must have room numbers assigned.

The assigned rooms must have the vacant clean inspected status.
To batch check in reservations
- From the home page, select the Extra menu > Tools > Batch check in reservations. A PMS message displays asking if you want to check in all assigned reservations for today.

Do one of the following:

Click Yes to start the batch check-in. When confirmed, the process bar displays. The reservations that meet the above criteria are processed and checked in.

Click No to discard your changes.
