Undo check in for an individual in a group
Occasionally, mistakes are made and it might occur that a certain group reservation should not have been checked in yet. There are two ways to undo the check-in for a group. You can undo check-in for the whole group, this refers to affecting the group master folio and the individual group member status or you can undo check-in for the individual reservations attached to the group.
To undo check-in for an individual in a group
- From the Home Page, do one of the following to open the Seek page:
Press SHIFT+CTRL+H on your keyboard.
Click the Front desk menu in your top bar and select Group in house.
To view the full list of all in house groups, leave all fields in the seek page empty.

Click Confirm (
). The Browse In-house Group Reservations Page displays.
- Do one of the following to display the in-house group reservation.
Select the appropriate reservation and click Confirm (
)
Double-click the appropriate reservation.

Select the individual to undo the check-in, then click the Undo check in individual (
) icon. A PMS message displays asking to undo the check-in for the individual in the group.
- Do one of the following:
Click Ok to save your changes. The in-house status on the individual returns to the reservation status.
Click Cancel to discard your changes.
