When a new user is created via the portal, an automatic multi-factor authentication SMS is sent to their mobile phone. This link is active for only 24 hours. The SMS contains two instructions: first, to download the DUO app on the mobile phone and second, to activate the user account for APMA via the DUO app. The new user also receives an email with login instructions for the portal and the full PMS.

The DUO app must be installed.

The account must be activated via the DUO app.

The "Welcome to Amadeus Property Management" email must been read thoroughly.
To log in as a new user

Navigate to https://pms.apma.app/ in your browser.

Enter the email and password as registered in your welcome email and click Sign in. The DUO authenticator page displays for two- factor authentication.
- Click Send me a push. A push message from DUO displays on your phone.

Click Approve to sign in to the portal.
