Add guest membership in guest profile

Your manager gives you a list of memberships to be added to several guest profiles. A guest membership can be used to set up local incentives for the guests in your property. Each property can create their own ideas about a guest membership. There is no further logic in the PMS or reporting that support it. Guest membership can be sent in a GMS interface message.

Multiple memberships can be linked to a profile.

Prerequisites

Create Guest memberships adding it to a guest profile.

To create guest memberships follow this path: Settings > Picklists > Membership type.

To add a guest membership in a guest profile

  1. From the home page, do one of the following to open the seek page:
    • Press CTRL+G on your keyboard.

    • Click Relation in the top bar and select Guest.

  2. Modify the fields as appropriate.

    Guest seek details

    Last name

    Enter the last name of the guest.

    First name

    Enter the first name of the guest.

    agent

    Enter the agent linked to the guest.

    A/R number

    Enter the accounts receivable number of the guest.

    A/P number

    Enter the accounts payable number.

    Fstay number

    Enter the frequent stay number, if applicable.

    Zip code

    Enter the zip/postal code.

    Address

    Enter the guest's address.

    City

    Enter the city of the guest.

    Country

    Enter the country of the guest.

    Phone

    Enter the phone number.

    Email

    Enter the email of the guest.

    Guest number

    Enter the guest profile number.

  3. Click Confirm (). The browse guest/bookers page displays.

  4. Do one of the following to display the guest profile:
    • Select the appropriate guest and click Confirm ().

    • Double-click the appropriate guest.

  5. Click the Guest membership () icon in the guest profile, then click the Create new () icon. The add guest membership page displays.

  6. Select the required guest membership type from the drop-down list, then add the guest membership number.

  7. Do one of the following: 

    • Click Save () to save the guest membership.

    • Click Cancel () to discard your changes.
