Add frequent stay number in guest profile
A frequent stay number is a loyalty program within the PMS. It can be linked with an external loyalty program. For example, you can link the PMS guest profile to the loyalty profile. The number can be assigned automatically or manually from the guest profile. You can also search a guest profile in a reservation with their loyalty program number, in the reservation guest name field search a guest by using hashtag followed by the frequent stay number.
The frequent stay number can be manually assigned or auto assigned by the PMS. This depends on what is set up in: Settings > Options > Relation > Manually assign frequent stay number.
To add a frequent stay number in a guest profile
- From the home page, do one of the following to open the seek page:
Press CTRL+G on your keyboard.
Click Relation in the top bar and select Guest.

Modify the fields as appropriate.
Guest seek details Last name
Enter the last name of the guest.
First name
Enter the first name of the guest.
agent
Enter the agent linked to the guest.
A/R number
Enter the accounts receivable number of the guest.
A/P number
Enter the accounts payable number.
Fstay number
Enter the frequent stay number.
Zip code
Enter the zip/postal code.
Address
Enter the address of the guest.
City
Enter the city of the guest.
Country
Enter the country of the guest.
Phone
Enter the phone number of the guest.
Email
Enter the email of the guest.
Guest number
Enter the guest profile number.
Located at the top in the guest profile.

Click Confirm (
). The browse guest/bookers page displays.
- Do one of the following to display the guest profile:
Select the appropriate guest and click Confirm (
).
Double-click the appropriate guest.

Click the Frequent stay (
) icon. A PMS message displays asking to create a loyalty number.

Do one of the following:

Click Ok to create the frequent stay number.

Click Cancel to discard your changes.

Add A/R number in guest profile
