Linking a company contact to a different company profile

You are working at the front desk and receive an email that the contact person for a specific corporate account has moved to a different company. You need to link the contact to the new company profile.

To link a company contact to a new company profile

  1. From the home page, click Relation in the top bar, select Company and then Company contacts. The seek page displays.
  2. Modify the fields as appropriate.

    Contact seek details

    last name

    Enter the last name of the contact.

    Contact number

    Enter the contact profile number.

    Parent relation

    Enter the parent company.

    Zipcode

    Enter the postal code of the contact.

    Street 1

    Enter the address of the contact.

    City

    Enter the city of the contact.

    Country

    Enter the country of the company contact.

    Phone

    Enter the phone number of the contact.

    Email

    Enter the email of the contact.

    Date of birth

    Enter the date of birth of the company contact.

  3. Click Confirm (). The Browse contacts page displays.

  4. Do one of the following to display the company contact profile.
    • Select the appropriate contact and click Confirm ().

    • Double-click the appropriate contact.

  5. Click the Company () icon to search for a new company to link to the contact profile.

  6. Do one of the following to link the company to the new contact:
    • Select the appropriate company and click Confirm ().

    • Double-click the appropriate company.
