Appoint a room per individual reservation in the group

In a group reservation you can assign rooms per individual reservation. Most properties assign rooms seven days in advance of the arrival date.

The room rack displays only reservations that have room numbers assigned. A best practice is to not leave a big gap in the room rack.

To appoint a room number per individual reservation in a group

From the home page, do one of the following to open the Seek page:
- Press SHIFT+CTRL+R on your keyboard.
- Click Reservations in your top bar and select Group Reservations.
To view the full list of all group reservations, leave all fields empty and click the confirm icon ().
To check all reservations between a certain arrival and departure date, complete the date range in the arrival and departure fields.
Click Confirm (). The Browse group reservation page displays.
Do one of the following to display the appropriate group reservation:
- Select the reservation and click Confirm ().
- Double-click the reservation.
Select the appropriate individual reservation in the group and click the Appoint room icon (). A room number is assigned only to the selected reservation in the group.
