View archived reservations
Archived and non-archived reservations work in the same way. When a year has been archived, you can view the data in the archived pages. Archiving the data every few years helps the PMS performance. Archive data is used to archive all reservations, group reservations (including banqueting data), and invoices from a specific year.
Once reservations are archived, no changes can be made and the page becomes view only.
