You have just received confirmation that the guests from the wedding party group are able to attend. You can switch their reservation from the waiting list status to the reservation status.
To remove the waiting list status in a group
- From the home page, do one of the following to open the Seek page:
Press SHIFT+CTRL+R on your keyboard.
Click Reservations in your top bar and select Group Reservations.
To view the full list of all group reservations, leave all fields empty and click the confirm icon (
).
To check all reservations between a certain arrival and departure date, complete the date range in the arrival and departure fields. -
Click Confirm (
). The Browse group reservation screen displays. - Do one of the following to display the appropriate group reservation:
Select the reservation and click Confirm (
). Double-click the reservation.
- Select the waiting list reservation in the group and click the Reactivate from waiting list (
) icon. A PMS message displays asking to reactivate the reservation. -
Do one of the following:

Click Yes to complete your changes.

Click No to discard your changes.

Once confirmed, the reservation status changes from waiting list to reservation.
Create a new group reservation
