You are working at the front desk and need to add additional information to a reservation, but you only know the first digit of the folio number.
To search on folio number
- From the home page, do one of the following to open the Seek page:
Press CTRL+F on your keyboard.
Click Reservations in your top bar and select Search on folio number.

Complete the fields as appropriate.
Seek details Number
Enter the unique confirmation number of the reservation.
Name
Enter the last name of the guest, company name, or travel agent name.
Days in advance
Enter the number of days to search.
The field allows up to 7 days. If 7 is entered, the system searches 7 days forward and 7 days back from current day.
- Click Confirm (
). A locate guest page displays with the searched guest information.
