Senders gather group requirements from clients and then distribute this information to the appropriate locations. Creating the meeting is the first step, and then when you pick the locations that will receive the lead, the RFPs are created.
As a sender in MeetingBroker, the tasks you perform will typically follow this process:
2. Send an RFP to the appropriate locations.
3. Receive a response from the locations.
- A proposal if the location wants to bid on the business.
- A turndown notification if the location is unable to bid.
4. If the client selects one of your locations, you award the business.
5. For awarded RFPs, you track actualized numbers, known as business data in MeetingBroker.
