Detail business data

The Business Data Details page displays information about an RFP after the proposal is created. As the receiver, you can enter information about the meeting after the proposal has been awarded. For example, you can revise the number of people attending each event, the check-in date, the event revenue, the meeting name, and so on. You can then compare this information to the information in the original proposal in order to understand the actual pickup for the meeting.

The receiving location may enter data at any time during the lifecycle of the awarded or self-awarded business.

To enter business data

  1. Click the RFPs tab.

The RFPs page opens.

  1. Click the awarded or self-awarded RFP you want to update.

  2. Click the Business Data tab.

The Business Data General Information page opens.

  1. Click the type of data you want to update (Agreed, Blocked, etc.).

The Business Data Details page opens.

  1. Add or update the information as needed.
