Compare an updated RFP to previous versions

If a meeting planner revises details of an RFP that was previously sent to your location, you will receive an Updated RFP email notification. How do you know what was updated? At the bottom of that email message is a link to compare the current version of the RFP to previous versions. You also have the RFP Comparison button available on the RFP General page that you can use anytime.

When you click either of those options, the RFP Comparison page opens. In the RFP Details section, each category of RFP information is listed in a collapsible row. If there were changes to that category, the number of changes will be provided. Expand the row to view the details of exactly what was changed.

Click the Show Changes button to only display the changed information.

The Current Version column provides the date and time that the most recent RFP was received, and displays the most current data.

The Previous Version column provides the date and time of the version you're comparing to the current version. Click the Select RFP Version button to compare the current with any other previously received version of the RFP.
