Configure corporate MFA

As a company serving a global market, Amadeus takes security seriously. Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) adds another layer of security to the login process. Corporate Settings allow you to define which corporate roles will require MFA.

  1. In the Application field, click anywhere in the field.

  2. Select either HotSOS, HotSOS Select, or HotSOS Mobile.

  3. Click Next.

Select Allow or Require for each role to be managed by MFA: Corporate Analyst, Corporate Customer Manager, Corporate Analyst.

Corporate System Administrator role is set to Required and cannot be altered.

Select Allow or Require for each role to be managed by MFA: Corporate Analyst, Corporate Customer Manager, Corporate Performance Analyst.
