On Duty and Off Duty status
When you log in to HotSOS, you're automatically put On Duty. This makes you available to receive messages and notifications from the system and other users.
Depending on your property's procedures, you may need to indicate when you're off duty during your shift (for example, when you go on break). To do so, open the Actions Center and tap On Duty to change it to Off Duty. You won't receive messages or notifications when you're off duty. When you return to work, toggle your status back to On Duty.
When you're done for the day, open the Actions Center and tap Log Out.
