Actions Center
The Actions Center lets you monitor your incoming messages from anywhere in HotSOS. A number bubble on the Actions Center icon indicates how many unread messages you have. Tap this icon to open the Actions Center and view your messages—unread messages are displayed in bold.
Tap the message to view it in your Messages List. If the message is a service order notification, tapping it opens the Service Order Details.
To keep the Actions Center clutter free, tap the X next to the messages you do not need to see anymore. The message is removed from the Actions Center, but you can still see it in your Messages List. The same is true for service order notifications. Deleting a notification does not remove the service order from your Service Orders List.
Here are some other things you can do in the Actions Center:
- On Duty/Off Duty - When you log in to HotSOS, you're automatically put On Duty. This makes you available to receive messages and notifications. Tap this icon to change your status to Off Duty. You won't receive messages or notifications when you're off duty.
- Log Out - Logs you out of HotSOS and sets your status to Off Duty.
- Change Password - Lets you set a new HotSOS password. Corporate password requirements display indicating length, numbers, letters, and special characters.
- About - Displays the current HotSOS version, data use and error logs. See Capturing Error Logs.
Room attendants can also do these things:
- Finish Working - When you're finished working for the day, tap this icon to create a summary of your work.
- Welcome Message - Displays the Room Attendant Welcome Message.
