Send service order notifications
You can notify another user or team about a service order. The notification appears in each user's Messages list with a link to the service order.
To send a service order notification
- On the Service Orders List screen, tap the service order.
- Tap Additional Options
and select Notify. - Enter part of the recipient's name and select the user or team from the list.
You can send the notification to multiple users or teams. A user must be on-duty to see their name in the list. To remove a selected recipient, tap the X next to their name.
