Inspection Order Form Details report

The Inspection Order Form Details report displays the results of each inspection that was performed during the reporting period. You'll see the outcome of each step in the inspection process, as well as the final score assigned to the Inspectee.

This report is often run when the Inspection Log indicates a particular room attendant is receiving consistently low inspection scores. Knowing which steps the attendant failed the most often can help the Director of Housekeeping address those areas of need. In that situation, we recommend running the Inspection Order Form Details report weekly to monitor the room attendant's progress. Otherwise, run the report on an as-needed basis.

If you run this report without changing any of its parameters, you'll see inspection details for all locations, inspectors, and all inspectees (room attendants). You can always narrow down the report data by using the other parameters, such as room attendant name (Inspectee) and room number (Room/Eq).
