Perform inspections

An inspection is a type of service order that involves evaluating the condition of a guestroom and the performance of the staff member who cleaned it. Inspections can also be used to evaluate the cleanliness and maintenance of common areas, such as meeting rooms, ballrooms, and conference centers.

To perform an inspection, you must be assigned the role of Inspector. You can then open an inspection service order, run through all the required steps, and record your findings. When you’re done, HotSOS immediately calculates and displays the inspection score. These scores are saved so you can report on them at any time.

Inspections are displayed in your Service Orders List—look for the icon.
