Service order remarks
A remark is a comment that provides additional information about a service order. For example, when you stop a service order, you should add a remark that explains why you can't complete the work.
View the remarks on a service order
- On the Service Orders List screen, tap the service order to open it.
- Tap the Remarks section to open it.
- Three icons are shown at the bottom of the screen. Tap each one to view its details.
Remarks - Remarks added by users.
Actions - Actions taken on the service order (create, start/stop, complete, etc.).
System - Actions taken by HotSOS (escalations, assignments, etc.).
- To return to the previous screen, tap the back arrow.
Add remarks to an existing service order
- On the Service Orders List screen, tap the service order to open it.
- Do one of the following:
- Tap Add and tap Add Remark.
- Tap the Remarks section to open it and tap Add .
- Enter your comments and tap .
Add remarks to a new service order
- After you select the Location and Issue on the Create Service Order screen, enter your comments in the Remark field.
- Tap .
