Respond to PM orders

PM (preventive maintenance) orders typically involve servicing equipment, such as air handlers, cooling towers, and kitchen equipment, but they may also include scheduled maintenance for guestrooms, meeting spaces, conference halls, etc. PM orders require you to perform a number of steps to complete them.

PM orders are displayed in your Service Orders List—look for the Gear icon for PM order icon.

To respond to a PM order

  1. On the Service Orders List screen, tap the PM order Gear icon for PM order to open it.

    The Steps section at the bottom of the screen shows you how many steps are needed to complete the PM order.

  2. Tap Service StatusService Status Icon and select Start .

    The steps are displayed in the order they need to be performed.

  3. Perform the first step as described and tap its check box when you're finished.
  4. To provide additional information about the task you just completed, tap the step itself (not the check box). This opens another screen where you can enter remarksEnter Remarks Icon and/or add attachments Paper Clip icon for a file attachment. When you're finished, tap .
  5. Proceed through each step until you've finished all of them.
  6. Tap Service Status and select Complete Service Orders Response Icon .
  7. Tap to confirm.
