Property PM Progress report

The Property PM Progress report helps you monitor the progress of the property's preventive maintenance so you can make training or staff adjustments, as needed. You'll see the percentage of scheduled PMs that have been completed to date during the past month, quarter, 90 days, and year. This information can be compared to previous months, years, etc., to get a sense of how well the team is performing. We recommend running this report monthly.
