Add the Billing Information section, Onsite Contact field, and Other Manager field to the Booking layouts
The following steps provide instructions on how to add the Billing Information section to the Booking page layouts. Also included are steps for adding the Onsite Contact and Other Manager fields to the layouts. This feature requires R2 (version 1.34) or later. To determine whether R2 has been installed in your organization, go to Setup > Build > Installed Packages and look for Sales & Event Management version number 1.34. To schedule your update to the latest version, contact Amadeus Support.

To update the Booking layouts
- Go to Setup > Create > Objects > Booking > Page Layouts > Edit Booking Layout.

In the Booking Layout toolbar, click Section and drag it onto the layout under the Customer Information section.
- In the Section Properties window (opens automatically), do the following:
- In the Section Name field, enter Billing Information.
- Select both Display Section Header On checkboxes.
- Change the Layout to 1-Column.
- Click OK.

In the Booking Layout toolbar, click Fields.
- Drag the following fields to the new Billing Information section you just added: Billing Comments, Catering BillingMaster Billing, and Room and Tax Billing.
- Click Save at the top of the Booking Layout page.
The Room and Tax Billing field should not be added to the Event Only Booking layout as this layout does not use guestrooms.
- In the Booking Layout toolbar, click Fields.
- Drag Other Manager into the Booking Sources section under the Service Manager field.
- Drag Onsite Contact into the Customer Information section under the Contact field.
- Click Save at the top of the Booking Layout page.
- Repeat this entire procedure for the Event Only Booking page layout (if applicable).
