Add the Rating field to the Inquiry layouts

The following steps provide instructions on how to add the Rating field to the Inquiry page layouts. This feature requires R2 (version 1.34) or later. To determine whether R2 has been installed in your organization, go to Setup > Build > Installed Packages and look for Sales & Event Management version number 1.34. To schedule your update to the latest version, contact Amadeus Support.

To add the Rating field

1. Go to Setup > Customize > Inquiry > Page Layouts > Edit Inquiry Layout.
2. In the Inquiry Layout toolbar, drag the Rating field onto the layout below the Status field in the Information section.
3. Click Save at the top of the Inquiry Layout page.
4. Repeat this entire procedure for the Event Only Inquiry and RFP Inquiry page layouts (if applicable).
