Update the Volume Contract and Volume Contract Period page layouts
The following changes need to be made to the Volume Contract and Volume Contract Period page layouts to ensure the accuracy of the data that is rolled up from the volume contract periods.

- Go to Setup > Create > Objects > Volume Contract > Page Layouts > Edit Volume Contract Layout.
- In the Revenue Information (Calculated) section, click the Remove icon beside:
- Contracted F&B Revenue
- Contracted Other Revenue
- Forecast F&B Revenue
- Forecast Other Revenue
- In the Revenue Information (Actual) section, click the Remove icon beside:
- Actual F&B Revenue
- Actual Other Revenue
- Click Save at the top of the Layout page.
- In the Revenue Information (Calculated) section, click the Properties icon next to Contracted Rooms.
The Field Properties window opens.
- Select the Read-Only checkbox and click OK.
- Repeat steps 5 and 6 for the following fields:
- Contracted Rate
- Contracted Room Revenue
- Contracted Total Revenue
- Click Save at the top of the Layout page.
- Go to Setup > Create > Objects > Volume Contract Period > Page Layouts > Edit Volume Contract Period Layout.
- In the Contracted and Forecasted Information section, click the Remove icon beside:
- Contracted F&B Revenue
- Contracted Other Revenue
- Forecast F&B Revenue
- Forecast Other Revenue
- In the Actuals Information section, click the Remove icon beside:
- Actual F&B Revenue
- Actual Other Revenue
- Click Save at the top of the Layout page.

In the Contracted and Forecasted Information section, click the Properties icon beside Contracted Total Revenue.
The Field Properties window opens.
- Select the Read-Only checkbox and click OK.
- Repeat steps 5 and 6 for the Forecast Total Revenue field.
- Click Save at the top of the Layout page.
(Optional) If your property wants to enter pickup directly on the Volume Contract page, you'll need to add the Pickup related list to the page layout. You'll also need to make the Guestroom Type field required to display the pickup on the Enter Pickup page.
- Go to Setup > Create > Objects > Volume Contract > Page Layouts > Edit Volume Contract Layout.
- In the Volume Contract Layout toolbar, click Related Lists.
- Drag the Pickup related list onto the page layout.
- To add columns to the new Pickup related list, click its Related List Properties icon.
- In the Related List Properties – Pickup window, do the following:
- In the Available Fields list, select Name and Picked Up Rooms, and then click Add to move the fields to the Selected Fields list.
- In the Sort By list, select Name, and then select Ascending.
- Click OK.
- Click Save at the top of the Layout page.
- Go to Setup > Create > Objects > Volume Contract Pickup > Page Layouts > Edit Volume Contract Pickup Layout.
- In the Information section of the page, click the Properties icon next to the Guestroom Type field.
- In the Fields Properties window, select the Required checkbox, and then click OK.
- Click Save at the top of the Layout page.
