Support for cross-property events in merge documents
The following steps provide instructions on how to enable support for cross-property events in merge documents. This feature requires R18 or later. To determine the release installed in your org, see Installed Packages.

To enable support for cross-property events in merge documents
- Go to Setup > Create > Objects > Document Template.
- Navigate to the Page Layouts section and click Edit next to Document Template Layout.
- In the Document Template Layout toolbar, click Fields.
- Drag the Display Cross-Property Events checkbox to the layout below Active.
- Click Save at the top of the Document Template Layout page.
A new Property:Property field is available for contracts and proposals that use Advanced Booking merge. This field needs to be added to event tables to display the property name. To access the Property:Property field, you need to uninstall your current version of the Amadeus Merge Add-In Tool and install version 3.6.9.4.
Installation prerequites: Microsoft 2007 or higher, Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6.1 Client Profile, and Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Tools for Office Runtime (x64)
- Uninstall any instances of the following:
- Amadeus MergeAddin
- Amadeus MergeAddin.installer
- On theHome page, in the Custom Links section, click Amadeus Merge Add-In and download the file (AmadeusMergeAddIn.Installer.msi).
- Close all instances of Microsoft Office products.
- Double-click the .msi file and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the installation.
- After the installation is complete, you can log in to the Amadeus Merge Add-In Tool.
