Grant property access to accounts
If Amadeus Account Security is enabled in your org, a Property Administrator can share a private account with other properties using the Account Properties section of the Account page. All users with access to the designated properties will be able to view and report on the account, and users with Edit All Records access will also be able to edit the account details.

To grant property access to an account
- From the account, click the Grant Property Access button, in the Account Properties section.
- Select the check box next to each property you want to share the account with.
If the property list is lengthy, use the Property Filters to search for a limited set of properties and then click Apply Filter. To see the entire list again, click Clear Filter.
- Click Save.
