Add attachments to records

You can use the Notes & Attachments section to attach files to accounts, contacts, inquiries, bookings, and volume contracts. File examples include Microsoft Word documents, Adobe PDFs, images, and videos. The size limit for an attached file is 5 MB.

Each time a document is merged from a record, a copy of that document is added as an attachment to the record.

To add an attachment

  1. In the Notes & Attachments section, click Upload Files (Attach File).
  2. Find and upload the appropriate file.

To view a detailed list of all the notes and attachments that have been added to a record, click View All.
