Overview: Notes and attachments

You can add notes and attachments to accounts, contacts, inquiries, bookings, and volume contracts using the Notes & Attachments section. Additionally, each time a document is merged from a record, a copy of that document is added as an attachment to the record.

You must be the owner of a record to add notes and attachments to it.
