Function rooms

With Delphi Direct you have complete control over which function rooms are available for online booking. You need to configure some settings before you make them accessible.

To update the function rooms

  1. Navigate to Properties, select the appropriate view, and click the property name.
  2. Navigate to the Function Rooms section and select the function room.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Make the necessary changes:
    • Remove the default rental amount. Any rental charges not included in the package need to be entered into the channel manager. To prevent duplicate charges you need to remove any rental amounts listed on the function room.

    • Verify function room capacities. You only need to include the setup styles you plan to offer for online booking. For example, you have a room with a built-in boardroom table. This room is best suited for conference-style seating, so enter the capacity for the Conference setup and remove any other capacities.   5. Click Save.
