Event Posting report

The Event Posting report provides a summary of events for a day. Run this report to post today's event information in the lobby for your guests. For greater detail on a particular day's events, refer to the Daily Events report.

The Post check box must be selected on the Booking Event page for the event to be included in the report.

To run the report

  1. Navigate to Amadeus Reports.
  2. Under Event, click Event Posting Report.
  3. Complete the report criteria.
    Start and End DateEnter a date range to search for events that are in-house during that time. The default is the current week.

    Event date refers to the events on a specific date, regardless of the booking’s arrival and departure dates. For example, if a booking’s arrival and departure dates are 10/26 – 10/29 and the event start and end dates for this report are 10/28 – 11/2, only this booking’s events on the 28th and 29th will be included in the report.

    PropertySelect the property whose events you want to include in the report.
  1. Click Generate Report to view the report on-screen or Generate PDF to view the report as a PDF file that you can save or print.
  1. Review the report data.

    The report is organized by day and starts a new page for each day (when viewed in PDF format). It includes the account and booking name, event start and end time, function room, and booking event name. Each day is sorted by booking name and then by event start time.
