Amadeus Sales & Catering system requirements
The following requirements are for customers using Delphi or Delphi Select.
Browsers
- Google Chrome™, most recent stable version
- Mozilla® Firefox®, most recent stable version
- Microsoft® Edge, most recent stable version
- Apple® Safari® version 12.1 or higher on Mac OS X
- Apple® iPad® Safari®, most recent stable release
Browser Settings
- For all browsers, you must disable all pop-up blockers, enable JavaScript, cookies, and TLS 1.2 or higher.
- Allow Mixed content to be displayed:
- Chrome - Click the Padlock icon in the URL bar, click Site Settings, navigate to find the Insecure Content and change Block (default) to Allow. For more information, read this article on protecting users from insecure downloads from Salesforce.
- Firefox - In the address bar, enter about:config and press Enter. Click I accept the risk! This opens a list of preferences. In the Search field, enter mixed to display search results. Right-click security.mixed_content.block_active_content and click Toggle to set that preference to False.
- Safari - No additional action is required. If the embedded content loads slowly, click the browser’s Refresh button.

If your property has MeetingBroker integration, it is important to know that core MeetingBroker is only compatible with Microsoft Edge Chromium with IE compatibility mode enabled.
To enable compatibility view:
1. Open Edge, click (...) in the top right corner to open the Settings and More menu.
2. Click Settings, and then Default Browser.
3. Under Internet Explorer compatibility, click the drop-down next to Allow sites to be reloaded in Internet Explorer mode, and select Allow.
4. Click Add under Internet Explorer mode pages, paste https://my.meetingbroker.com and click Add.
5. Click Restart.
Adding the site to the list expires after 30 days. After it expires, when you open MeetingBroker, right-click on the tab and select Reload tab in Internet Explorer mode. In the pop-up window that says "This page is open in Internet Explorer mode", click the option to Open this page in Internet Explorer mode next time, and then click Done. This will renew it for another 30 days.

Software
For merging documents:
Users can view merged documents in any application that supports Word Document (.DOC, .DOCX) and PDF files (.PDF).

PCI Compliance
Amadeus Sales & Catering – Delphi and Amadeus Sales & Catering - Delphi Select are not PCI certified. No credit card information (card holder data or sensitive authentication data) is to be processed, transmitted, or stored in either Amadeus Sales & Catering solution.
