Amadeus Sales & Catering system requirements

The following requirements apply to Delphi and Delphi Select.

Browsers

Browser Settings

• For all browsers, you need to disable all pop-up blockers, and enable JavaScript, cookies, and TLS 1.2 or higher.
• Allow Mixed content to display:
  • Chrome - Click Settings, navigate to Insecure Content, and change Block to Allow. For more information, read this article on protecting users from insecure downloads from Salesforce.
  • Firefox - In the address bar, enter 'about:config' and press Enter. Click I accept the risk! This displays a list of preferences. In the Search field, enter 'mixed' to display search results. Right-click security.mixed_content.block_active_content and click the toggle to set that preference to False.
  • Safari - No additional action is required. If the embedded content is slow to load, click the browser’s Refresh button.

• For properties with MeetingBroker integration, core MeetingBroker is compatible only with Microsoft Edge Chromium with IE compatibility mode enabled.

  To enable compatibility view:

  1. Open Edge, and click the ellipsis (...) in the top right corner to open the Settings and More menu.

  2. Click Settings, and then click Default Browser.

  3. Under Internet Explorer compatibility, click the drop-down list next to Allow sites to be reloaded in Internet Explorer mode, and select Allow.

  4. Click Add under Internet Explorer mode pages. Enter 'https://my.meetingbroker.com' and click Add.

  5. Click Restart.  

  Compatibility view expires after 30 days. After it expires, when you open Meetingbroker, right-click the tab and select Reload tab in Internet Explorer mode. In the pop-up window that says 'This page is open in Internet Explorer mode,' click the option to Open this page in Internet Explorer mode next time, and then click Done. This renews compatibility for another 30 days.

View Org's Release Version

To view the release installed in your org, see Installed Packages.

Software

Users can view merged documents in any application that supports Word Document and PDF files.

PCI Compliance

Delphi and Delphi Select are not PCI certified. No credit card information, including card holder data or sensitive authentication data, is to be processed, transmitted, or stored in either Amadeus Sales & Catering solution.

Opera PMS	Amadeus Sales & Catering - Delphi version R36 or higher Earlier versions are compatible, with version R8 or higher, however do not include certain functional enhancements and performance improvements. Oracle Opera Opera version 5.0.03.03 E00036 or higher HTTPS connectivity - The integration needs to be configured to communicate directly over the Internet via HTTPS, using TLS connectivity protocol. An SSL certificate is necessary on the PMS interface web server to allow for HTTPS connectivity. An Oracle security patch is required to use TLS protocol.
