Edit terms and conditions
Using the Terms and Conditions Edit page in Setup, you can modify the details of a terms and conditions clause. Your changes will go into effect the next time the terms and conditions clause is added to a booking. Bookings where the clause already exists are not affected.
To edit a terms and conditions clause
- Open the property, navigate to the Terms and Conditions section, and then click Edit next to the clause.
- Make the necessary changes to the clause. See Create terms and conditions for details on individual fields.
To indicate whether or not the clause can be edited, you must use the Record Type field on the Terms and Conditions page.
- Click Save.
