So much information is being entered into the system each day by your team. Our robust suite of reports makes it easy for you to quickly gather and organize data in a way that is meaningful to you. Whether it's an activity report, daily events, or more complex pace and productivity reports—we've got you covered. Running reports

Two tabs hold our suite of reports.

• The Amadeus Reports tab includes some of your favorites such as the GRC, change log, event posting, and pace reports. These reports are more complex and have fixed formatting that isn't accessible for modifications—run the report and then print or email it.
• The Reports tab includes a host of reports that you can run using predefined criteria or customize to fit your property's needs. If you want, you can create your own report from scratch or copy an existing report and then customize it. You can also export these reports to Microsoft Excel where you can customize their format, add your own formulas, print, save, or email. Your profile determines which reports you can run. Reports will only display data for those records you have access to.

Quiz time

1. Your owner wants a list of all definite bookings arriving next month, grouped by sales manager, with the company's logo in the header. Can you provide it for her?
   
   • Yes. In the Amadeus Reports tab, open the Booking Status Change report, save a copy, and customize the report.
   • Yes. In the Reports tab, run the Sales Manager Production report, export to Excel, and add the logo to the header.
   • No. Reports can't be customized in any way. You need to purchase them from Amadeus.
     

   In the Reports tab, you can export everything to Excel, copy an existing report to make small changes, and even create your own report from scratch if you need something unique.

Summary

The reporting capabilities are quite robust. It might take you a couple of reporting cycles to familiarize yourself with all of the reports and perfect your month end. But, as you become more experienced, you'll enjoy the flexibility of customizing reports—especially when you see how easy it is to add and remove columns, add totals, and apply calculations to really make the report your own.
