Amadeus offers complimentary product training on Delphi as part of your subscription. Whether you are new to the product, need a refresher, or have new colleagues joining your team, you are invited to take advantage of our variety of learning options.

Training & Help

To get started right away and learn at your own pace, choose from one of the courses below based on your role:

• Sales and catering manager
• Sales manager
• Catering or service manager
• Banquet user
• Property or corporate administrator

On-Demand Training

For a more structured approach, free training and assessments for Delphi can be found in our learning management system, the Amadeus Learning Universe (ALU).

Get started by viewing the Delphi product training page, which includes the following:

• Learning paths - These are custom collections of lessons that guide you with learning based on your role and responsibilities. You can also earn a certificate. Certificates are emailed to you upon completion and can be accessed anytime from the ALU under My History or My Dashboard.

  To receive a certificate earned before November 2023, contact Amadeus Support.

• Lessons - These are individual courses that you can search for by a specific topic.

Master Class

Amadeus presents a tailored, focused approach for existing users and administrators to expand their skill set beyond traditional training. Master Class offers a customized agenda based on your personal goals and objectives and is sold in four-hour blocks. Contact your sales representative or visit Master Class for more information.
