Overview: Administrator tasks

In Amadeus Sales & Catering there are two types of administrators, Property and Corporate. The Property Administrator is responsible for maintaining all of the property-specific values, such as function rooms, menus, and taxes for the properties they have access to. The Corporate Administrator has access to all records and all areas of the application. Tasks such as entering corporate setup values, modifying page layouts, and creating users can only be performed by the Corporate Administrator.

There are several areas where you can modify corporate settings. Use the following as your guide.

Setup

To open Setup, click the Setup link in the top of any page.

Multi-Module environment

Amadeus Sales & Catering has two different modules: Delphi and Delphi Select. If you have multiple modules in the same org, make sure you read this: Manage Delphi, Delphi Select properties in the same org
