Overview: Administrator tasks

Delphi has two types of administrators, property and corporate. The property administrator maintains property-specific values, including function rooms, menus, and taxes. The corporate administrator has access to all records and all areas of Delphi. Only the corporate administrator can enter corporate setup values, modify page layouts, and create users. The following information describes where these records are managed by each role.

Property administrators

Property page

The following categories are managed on the Property page. To open the Property page, click the Properties tab and then click the property name.

Additional tabs

Corporate values do not display on the Property page. The following categories can include both corporate and property values. Administrators need to manage the following categories from their respective tabs.

Setup

The following categories are managed in Setup. To open Setup, click Setup at the top of any page.

Additional tabs

Corporate administrators can create corporate values for each category listed under the property administrator Additional tabs section above. The following tabs are also available to corporate administrators.

Multi-Module environment

Amadeus Sales & Catering has two different modules: Delphi and Delphi Select. If you have multiple modules in the same org, see Manage Delphi, Delphi Select properties in the same org.

Feature enablement

In addition to the categories listed above, administrators are also responsible for enabling new features. Review the details of each feature to learn whether the corporate or the property administrator needs to enable it.
