Amadeus Security Logs

Have you ever wondered who removed a user's access to a property or changed a booking owner? The Amadeus Security Log records security-related changes and provides a helpful audit trail for Corporate and System Administrators. To access the Security Log, navigate to Amadeus Security Logs, and select the All list view.

The Amadeus Security Log is enabled by default in orgs on R35 or higher.

  • Identification of User or Process, for example: The Users ID, Service ID and System ID
  • Time and date of key events
  • IP Address or Host name of the device logging the information
  • IP Address of remote system (in case of communication from another system)
  • Description of activity or event

Property Security

  • User was given access to a property
  • User property access was modified
  • User property access was removed

Account Security

  • Account was given access to a property
  • Account property access was removed
  • Account 'Visible to all properties' enabled
  • Account 'Visible to all properties' disabled

Booking Security

  • Booking source was modified
  • User was sourced on a booking
  • User was removed from booking source

Amadeus Hospitality Web Services (AHWS)

  • Scheduler started
  • Scheduler stopped
  • Metadata repaired
  • Data Collection enabled
  • Data Collection disabled
  • AHWS org registered
  • AHWS org re-registered

Record Owner Security

  • Record owner modified: Account, Contact, Activity, Booking, Booking Event, Inquiry, Reservation and Volume Contract
