Amadeus Security Logs
The Amadeus Security Log records security-related changes and provides an audit trail for corporate and system administrators. To access the Amadeus Security Log, navigate to Amadeus Security Logs, and select the All list view.
The Amadeus Security Log is enabled by default in orgs on version R35 or higher.
Included information
- The identification of the user or process
- The time and date of key events
- The IP Address or Host name of the device logging the information
- The IP Address of the remote system
- A description of the activity or event
Recorded actions
Property Security
- User was given access to a property
- User property access was modified or removed
Account Security
- Account was given access to a property
- Account property access was removed
- Account 'Visible to all properties' enabled or disabled
Booking Security
- Booking source was modified
- User was sourced on a booking
- User was removed from booking source
Amadeus Hospitality Web Services (AHWS)
- Scheduler started or stopped
- Metadata repaired
- Data Collection enabled or disabled
- AHWS org registered or re-registered
Record Owner Security
- Record owner modified: Account, Contact, Activity, Booking, Booking Event, Inquiry, Reservation, and Volume Contract
Amadeus Settings Security
- Inclusive Pricing enabled or disabled
- Enhanced Taxes enabled or disabled
- Account Security enabled or disabled
- Purge scheduled or unscheduled
- Purge executed or stopped
- Security Log enabled or disabled
- Security Log entry deleted
- PMS integration enabled or disabled for property
- PMS integration mode modified
- Delphi Diagramming enabled or disabled for property
- eProposal enabled
User and Profile Security
- User was created
- User was activated or deactivated
