Overview: Function room groups

Function room groups are used to filter the Function Diary to make checking availability more efficient at large properties. For example, you can filter to see a smaller set of rooms, such as all the outdoor space, rooms on the mezzanine level, or only the combination rooms.
Function room groups are created by an administrator on the Property page.
Additional information
- A function room group can only contain function rooms from a single property.
- A function room can belong to multiple groups.
- A default function room group can be applied to the Function Diary when no other groups have been selected by the user.
