Overview: Function room groups
If your property has a lot of function space, it can be time consuming and cumbersome to check availability. Using function room groups, you can filter the Function Diary to show a smaller set of rooms like all of the outdoor space, rooms on the mezzanine level, or only the combination rooms.
Function room groups are created by an administrator on the Property page.
Some things to keep in mind:
- A function room group can only contain function rooms from a single property.
- A function room can belong to multiple groups.
- A default function room group can be applied to the Function Diary when no other groups have been selected by the user.
