View function room group details
Using the Function Room Group page, you can manage the function rooms that are part of a function room group. To open this page, open the property, navigate to the Function Room Groups section, and click the appropriate group. The following information is displayed:

| Name | The name of the function room group. |
| Property | The name of the property where the function room group was created. |
| Description | A brief description of the function room group. |
| Sort Order | The order in which the function room group will be displayed in the Function Diary and in the Function Room Groups section of the Property page. |
| Created By | The owner of the function room group record. |
| Components | |
| Components | Use this section to add function rooms to the group, as well as remove any rooms that should no longer be part of the group. See Edit function room groups. |
