Open the Availability page in a new tab
You can open either the entire Availability page or just a section of the page in a new browser tab. When you do so, you can continue to work in other areas while you check availability.
To open the Availability page in a new tab
Open the Availability page and do one of the following:
- To open the entire page - Click Open in New Window (
) in the top-left corner of the page. - To open a section of the page - Right-click Daily Information, Guestroom Bookings, or Function Diary in the top-left corner of the page and click View.
If you leave the Availability page open throughout the day, you need to refresh the page often. To ensure that you have the most up-to-date information, click Refresh (
).
