Overview: Booking inquiries

When an inquiry and booking are linked, they display in two areas:

• The Inquiries section of the Booking page
• The Booking section of the Inquiry page

Some bookings might have more than one inquiry listed. This can occur when a property receives multiple inquiries for the same piece of business. When you link inquiries to bookings, you ensure that all sending channels receive business data updates throughout the life cycle of the booking.
