Change the inquiry owner

After you create and save an inquiry, you can change the owner. The new owner has permission to edit the inquiry regardless of property access levels.

To change the inquiry owner

  1. From the Inquiry page, choose the new owner next to the Owner field.
  2. Select the Send Notification Email checkbox to send the new owner a notification email.
