View autotrace details
This feature is available with version R51 and higher.
The Manage Autotraces page displays a list of all available property autotraces. To open the page, navigate to the Property page and then click Manage Autotraces. A list of available autotraces displays, with the inactive autotraces shaded.
The following fields display for each autotrace:

Object |
This is the object of the autotrace, for example, booking, inquiry, or deposit. In addition to the object name, this field displays either Before or After. This indicates whether the autotrace is to be triggered before or after the Based On field. For example, a Booking (Before) object, with a Based On value of Decision Date, triggers an autotrace on the booking object a specific number of days before the decision due date. |
No. of Days | This is the number of days before or after the Based On field for the autotrace to trigger. |
Based On | This is the system date that triggers the autotrace, for example, Decision Date, Today's Date, or Departure Date. |
Status |
This controls which booking status to include: Tentative, Prospect, or Definite. This applies to autotraces on the booking object only. |
Applied To |
This controls which Booking Types and Market Segments to include in the autotrace. This applies to autotraces on the booking object only. |
Notify | This is the booking role the autotrace is assigned to. |
Activity Type | This is the type of activity created by the autotrace, for example, Call or Follow-up. |
Subject | This displays the title of the activity. |
Active | This indicates whether the autotrace is enabled. |
