Document template examples

To make sure every customer has what they need based on how they do business, we provide many different versions of our document templates. These examples will help you better understand which templates are appropriate for your property and where you enter the text for them. Inclusive documents

If your corporate administrator has enabled the inclusive pricing functionality, you will see an inclusive version of the documents listed below. The inclusive documents are formatted exactly like the examples provided below, except for revenue fields like room rental and guestroom rates. The column header displays "Inc." for inclusive, and only the inclusive rates are provided.

Package documents

The package documents are formatted exactly like the examples below, except there is a packages table added to the contracts that displays how many packages were purchased for each date and occupancy. For package guestrooms and events, the rates are replaced by "Included" or "Inc in Pkg" as seen in this Package Contract - Rooms & Events Full Hyperlink to open in new tab/window

Similar to an invoice, the booking check tallies up all of the guestroom and event revenue for the entire booking into one document, and adds all of the taxes and other fees you have configured for your revenue classifications. It is a great way to provide an estimate of charges to your customer after you have finalized all of the booking details.
