Mark room blocks pickup complete

After the final pickup for a room block is entered, you need to mark that room block pickup complete. After all room blocks on a booking are marked pickup complete, the Pickup Complete checkbox is automatically selected on the Booking page. Reports also begin to use actual guestroom revenue rather than the previous forecasted values.
If your property is integrated with a property management system, you might not need to enter pickup or mark pickup complete. For more information, contact your administrator.
To mark pickup complete using the Modify Room Block window
- Open the booking.
- Click Manage Guestrooms.
- If necessary, expand the room types to enter the final pickup numbers for each room type and click Save.
- Click Modify Block.
- Select the Pickup Complete checkbox and save your changes.
