3D Preview
You can use the 3D preview page to select or edit your default wall, ceiling, and floor textures. You can select from standard images or upload your own.
What do you want to do?
Select or edit default 3D textures for all meeting spaces

Select Administration in the navigation menu (
), and then click Options. -
Click Configure 3D textures. The 3D Preview page displays.

Do one of the following for each element:

Select a default color.

Select a default texture.

Click Upload Texture (
) in the Texture Selection window to upload your own texture. See below for additional information.

Click Save.
Select or edit default 3D textures for a specific meeting space
If the decor is not the same throughout your space, you can apply specific textures to each room on the Meeting Spaces page.

Select Administration in the navigation menu (
), and then click Meeting Spaces. -
Click Configure 3D textures (
) next to the appropriate Meeting Space. The 3D Preview page displays. -
Do one of the following for each element:

Select a default color.

Select a default texture.

Click Upload Texture (
) in the Texture Selection window to upload your own texture. See below for additional information.

Click Save.
Learn more about uploading custom textures
If you want to upload custom texture files, consider the following:
- The file needs to be a .jpg, .gif, or .png.
- The file needs to be smaller than 10 MB. The smaller the file, the faster it uploads. However, do not sacrifice image quality. A file 200 to 500 KB in size is large enough.
- Typical dimensions for texture files are 512 pixels by 512 pixels.
- The image repeats in tiles when viewing the room.

To delete a custom file, select the image and click Delete (
).If the deleted file is the default and you do not select a new default file, the original default texture is used.
