Batch print
You can use the batch print feature () to generate Event Diagram Reports, Inventory Reports, or both. The report displays as a single PDF document and includes events in the selected date range. This feature can be used to send your customer one document that includes all information for their program. You can also use this feature to distribute upcoming event diagrams and inventory reports to your banquets team.
You can choose to include or exclude diagrams from a batch print on the diagram drawing canvas. An icon displays above the drawing canvas to indicate whether the diagram is included () or excluded (
). Click the icon to change the option.
What do you want to do?

Click Print (
) at the top of the Bookings page.
Any filters applied on the Bookings page also apply to the batch print results.
- Select Batch Print. The Batch Print page displays.
- Enter a name for your report in the Report Name field.
- Enter the Start Date and End Date range for the bookings to include.
- Update the following options, if applicable.
Set Printing Order
Select to order your information by Date, Diagram Name, or Event Name, in either ascending or descending order.
Select Exclude Cancelled Booking Events, if applicable.
Page Orientation
Select the report's page orientation as either Portrait or Landscape. Or, select Default Print Orientation to use the orientation selected for each diagram.
Each diagram can have a default print orientation selected at the top of the Diagram page (
,
). If your system is integrated with Delphi, this setting also controls how the diagram prints from Delphi.
Include Property Logo
If selected, choose to display your property logo in the header or footer of the document.
Report Type
Select to generate an Event Diagram Report, Inventory Report, or both. You can also choose to hide or include the corresponding details.
Include Diagram Gridlines and Picture Placeholders
Select to include grid lines and enterSpacing distance. Select Include Distance KEY to display the distance of the grid lines. SelectInclude Picture Placeholders and Include Pictures, if applicable.
If the Inventory Report is selected as the Report Type, these fields are only available if Include Room Plan Thumbnail is also selected.
Users can click View () on the Diagram page, and select Show Gridlinesto display gridlines on all room plans by default. This setting does not affect other users.
Information Position
Select whether to display the additional information at the top or bottom of each page. You can also choose to hide any of the options listed. These values can be set as a user's default under Change Print Settings in User Preferences.
If the Event Diagram Report is selected as the Report Type, these fields are hidden when Hide Additional Information is selected.
- Click Print. A Batch Print notice displays.

Click Print (
) at the top of the Bookings page.
- Select View Batch Print History. The Batch Print History page displays.
- Click Refresh (
) until your batch print has a completed status, and then click Download (
).
- View or print your downloaded PDF file as needed.

- Select Batch Print. The Batch Print page displays.
- Enter a name for your report in the Report Name field.
- Do one of the following:
- Select Print All Diagrams in this Booking.
- Select Print Diagrams in a Date Range and specify the Start Date and End Date.
- Update the following options, if applicable.
