Delphi Diagramming R9 release notes
Delphi Diagramming makes it easy for you to design professional room plans to help your customer truly visualize their event. Bring your tablet to onsite visits to create highly detailed and accurate room plans—and then watch your customer's vision come to life in 3D.
- Property Edition lets you create and organize room plans by booking and event. Design custom room plans and then collaborate and share with meeting planners.
- Website Edition lets you showcase your meeting space in a highly visual and interactive way on your property's website. It enables you to market your property with virtual tours and room capacities, making it easy for casual web site viewers to design and then share a room plan.
New features and enhancements
iPlan is now Amadeus Hospitality Diagramming
Amadeus Hospitality Diagramming is the new name for iPlan.
Delete resources
You can now delete diagramming objects using the Resources Editor. For your convenience, a link to the Resources Editor is provided in the Options Editor.
Assign table numbering through Automatic Layout Mode
Automatic Layout Mode now enables you to number tables for classroom and banquet seating styles. A new Skip Numbers feature also lets you skip certain numbers.
Enhanced design tools
Several new design tools have been added to the Design Mode tab to give you even greater control over your room plans. Using these tools you can:
- Align objects vertically, horizontally, or by one of their sides.
- Add a desk, loveseat, king bed, or other similar object to your room plan with the new Furniture resource category.
- Add new objects, such as a table top podium, using the Classroom resource category.
- Add new objects, such as divider, through the Exhibit resource category.
Fixed issues
- CR0122601: Property Edition now keeps metric measurements when you print, email, or export room plans.
- CR0122312, CR0122540: You can now print a room plan when two lines are grouped together.
- In 3D Mode, an appropriate elevation is now used when one object is stacked on top of another.
Additional information
The following are known issues in this release of the product:
- Android devices cannot be used to create, edit, or delete resources.
- You cannot paste numbers into the Skip Numbers field on the Automatic Layout Mode tab.
- Entering invalid characters into the Skip Numbers field will open an Update Room Plan prompt.
- Growing objects at an angle results in their 3D elevation being displayed with a staircase-like effect.
